A metà degli anni Novanta, da Roma, il dj Giancarlino la fece conoscere al Quintetto X. Con lei il gruppo incise Novo Esquema da Bossa (1995), il disco che la presentò al pubblico e da cui partì il suo percorso internazionale. La collaborazione non si è mai interrotta: in duo, voce e pianoforte, come al tramonto del Locomotive Jazz Festival a Taranto, e con la band.In the mid-Nineties, from Rome, DJ Giancarlino introduced her to Quintetto X.
